We are a medium seized enterprise, a private regional brewery and have been using the handicraft art of brewing since 1670, in connection with the most modern brewing technology.
We brew our beer specialties strictly under the law of the "Bavarian Purity Regulation, dated 1516". Hop, yeast. malt and water. The quality is constantly monitored and all the ingredients are of the finest quality.
We employ only the finest, natural ingredients (dual line summer brew barley, brew wheat and the finest aroma and amaroid hops, ecologically cultivated from the Frankonian and Bavarian areas even if they are more expensive then others.
We do not produce quantity, as fast as possible, and cheap beer for mass usage but we do brew fresh, salubrious quality beer with a strong character, and personal taste, inspiring all senses. We do this with care, ability and passion.
